Dynamic Duo

Ultimately, this is a redesign of the HiME anime, so don’t be surprised if a few drastic occurrences take form into the story as more parts are uploaded. Readers of Seductive Smile would have a broader idea into understanding what I mean since that story is literally also a redesign but for the Otome anime; but anyhow.

This sections of Fuuka had always been somewhat abandoned, having the relating features to a ghost city, Natsuki Kuga noted, consciously pulling at the collar of her biker suit as she made a brisk, but caring stride through the lengthy tunnels of alleyways. Apparently the First Distract was up to no good-again, and to be truthfully honest, she wasn’t really all that surprised. It seemed that the organization was always attempting to make her life a misery, and sometimes they even succeeded in this, but most of the time she just blocked them off from her brain. And today wasn’t any different.

Even if currently, she was being hunted down by the enemy thugs-well, scientists and soldiers, as they were supposedly; although they never did make a very good impression to prove this to her whenever they dumped into each other, which was increasing persistently recently.

And all for what? Being forced into that contract with that wheelchair girl? Natsuki scoffed, rounding another corner quietly, her senses still on high alert. What was her name anyway? The chairman-how ironic, was the director to Fuuka Academy, the school which was apparently guaranteed for its excellence over education. Though she didn’t really know, since half the time she wasn’t even there! She was far too busy with more important events right now, and the director sure as hell knew of this as well. So obviously, she was given an excuse to her peers since the small girl would constantly inform her teachers and tutors over her “reason” over being absent.

You see, Natsuki was a “not-so-much” suffer of fatigue and anger management; this is what her medical records which had been created by the chairman had been, anyway; even though half the time she felt as if she actually had these issues. And a lot worse than they actually seemed to be in the report.

“How many of these idiots are there, anyway?” Natsuki inwardly grumbled to herself, eventually coming to the last bend of the alleyway and spotting another group of the First District hooligans. They just didn’t seem to end, urg, she just wanted to go home and get into her warm-but rather messy bed. Enough this all this nonsense!


And as usual, they were arguing amongst one another. Rolling her eyes, she quickly crouched, shifting with ease over to a somewhat suspicious stock of abandoned restaurant supplies. It was rather smelly... but for now it would do as cover.

Idly, the biker furrowed her brow in disdain, trying to ignore the horrid scent as she continued to spy on the three men.


The First District underlings had never really been all that proud into their positions into the organization, Natsuki had noticed over the years. It seemed to be that the underground company was very... stale if you were an ordinary worker amongst the ranks. It was the specialist roles such as the scientists and soldiers which were the direction you would need to take into not having any ill responses to the First District.

“And what? Have my lungs torn out for running away? We all know what the First District does to us if we abandon our posts! They give us to the friggen’ Searrs Foundation for experimentation! Isn’t that enough of a warning to not leave?!”

And yet with enough waiting around, they always left eventually. Natsuki shook her head, bemused into the conversation the men were processing to one another. Arh, she just wished these fools would hurry up and say something which was actually valuable! She required more information into both of the organizations, never mind taking into detail over the personal lives and attitudes worthless members of said companies housed.


Discovery? What discovery? Natsuki’s ears twitched and she leaned closer to the rotten supplies, must to her regret. But she needed this information at any cost!


A silence gripped hold of the men, the enemy thugs wearing dark clothing as to allow them to blend into the darkness of the night better. A groan however, soon sounded between the three, the tallest one muttering under his breath.


Two? She hadn’t heard of this! Natsuki frowned. Then again, she had thought she, along with that brat Mikoto were the only HiME around in the whole area. It seemed that was now changing. But that meant more stress and annoyance over the fact that she would need to tidy up the mess-to warn these fellow HiME away from the area for their own protection.

... Not that she really cared whether they were safe or not. She just didn’t want the added irritation of looking after some airhead. Hell, fighting Mikoto aimlessly was enough for her as it was!


The night was wearing thin, and she needed to get back to the dorms quickly.


Of every generation, there is a QUEEN. She, the leader of the HiME shall guide her fellow fighters into the great festival of the Obsidian Lord. And possibly-take a stand and destroy him for once and for all.

The dorms were annoyingly noisy today, Natsuki grumbled, locking the door of her dorm shut tightly as a few students made their way down the narrow corridor of the building. Remarkably, she was off to lessons. Natsuki didn’t quite like the idea of further excitement for the day, never mind having to run around the whole of Fuuka mindlessly for an unknown cause.

She would need further information from her suppliers if she was to find anything else out about the two new HiME. Where ever the hell they had appeared from anyway. By her luck, they were probably already here knowing the chairman!

The bell, signalling the warning that lessons would begin in ten minutes sounded, and she groaned. She believed that tonight was about to get incredibly frustrating. And she had a feeling she knew why.


Oh, how, brilliant. How could she have ever had guessed?

Stiffly, the disgruntled HiME shifted her gaze to across her shoulder, glaring death up to the somewhat surprised male who backed away a few steps.

“Takeda! Didn’t I tell you to get the hell away from me?” There was just always something to attempt to ruin her day wasn’t there? And it wasn’t even the afternoon yet! Just why, why couldn’t she just have one day alone to herself without some idiotic person or… thing attempting to ruin it for her?

“Ah…right,” Takeda mumbled awkwardly, pulling aside and watching the cobalt-haired student brush past a group of fellow students, quickly manoeuvring out of sight.

She was sick and tired of this! Sick to the back teeth!

so the story will be an new better version. with more action, explosions, death, and more ***. Wait a minute, the anime had that. So more light saber fighting, mud wrestling matches, and wet t-shirt contests right. Sweet cant wait for the rest of the story. Great start by the way.
